Digital businesses continue to invest in digital, with commerce at the forefront of those investments. Among software decision-makers, 58% expect their organization to increase spending on commerce technology in the coming 12 months, and a further 32% expect that spending to hold steady. When we asked specifically about B2C commerce solutions, 69% of software decision-makers whose firm has adopted such solutions or has plans to do so say they expect their firm to spend more on these solutions, and a further 23% expect that spending to remain flat.
