Chatbot Adoption In Insurance Among French Consumers Has Lots Of Room To Grow

A negligible 4% of French online adults engage with their insurers through chatbots. French Millennials have used chatbots to engage with their insurance providers more than older generations, but adoption remains in single digits across generations. Just over a third of French online adults believe that chatbots can handle mundane financial tasks; still, most are not interested or comfortable using them for customer service in financial services.
