Follow seven steps to use brand to enhance recruiting: 1) identify differentiators; 2) inventory assets; 3) mitigate liabilities; 4) crystallize differentiators into messaging; 5) clarify unique value propositions for each audience; 6) develop marketing materials and channels; and 7) involve IT managers and employees.
