In this course, you’ll apply the drivers of organizational design effectiveness to meet customer needs and improve cross-functional alignment using the Forrester B2B Marketing Process Value Chain and the Forrester Customer Lifecycle Framework. The course takes 2 to 3 hours to complete and includes a series of short lessons (typically under 30 minutes each), a final project, and an exam. When you finish the course, you’ll have a completed plan that uses organizational design principles to build your organizational structure for lifecycle revenue marketing (LRM).
