The channel launch checklist facilitates the launch team’s ability to maintain effective project management when launching a new offering through the channel. Use of a checklist minimizes the risk of omitting critical elements required to execute a successful channel launch. The channel launch template should be prepared in advance, in anticipation of future launches. In this report, we examine the elements of a channel launch checklist and outline best practices for developing a channel launch checklist template.
