Organizational culture emerges from a company’s stated values, the behaviors its leaders recognize and reward, where they apply resources, and is a powerful determinant in how effectively the company operates. Because revenue development effectiveness depends on maintaining continuous positive interactions with customers and prospective customers, revenue development reps (RDRs) are hugely influenced by their organization’s culture.
