Defending your company against ransomware is more complex than vendors suggest. Data resilience vendors have made numerous claims about their ability to stop ransomware; security vendors also position their products as the “silver bullets” that will defeat ransomware and other cyberthreats. In reality, cyberthreat protection requires a multifaceted strategy with tight collaboration between infrastructure and operations (I&O) and security pros.
