Organizational functions beyond sales (e.g., professional services, technical support, billing) require enablement to effectively support the launch of an offering. Product management is accountable for training, support, documentation, and other required elements that enable stakeholder teams to support customer interactions. An organizational enablement plan helps organizations construct, launch, and measure programs that transfer relevant product knowledge to other functions. In this report, we provide guidelines and a template for creating a plan to implement enablement programs when launching an offering.
