Organizations are demanding more from their technical architects. The traditional infrastructure and operations (I&O) home of the technical architect is under unprecedented pressure to operate in the new product-centric operating model and provide higher levels of developer experience. Complex technology imperatives such as cloud transformation and Zero Trust security compound the challenge. Technology sprawl is still a concern as well.
