Forrester recently surveyed our panel of 107 eBusiness, channel, and product management executives to examine their 2007 online budgets and priorities. Financial services companies represented a little more than half of these 107 panelists. These firms are large and mostly based in the US. They have bought into the online channel and continue to make big investments in it because they see such positive results. They also tell us that they expect 2007 to be another good year for budgets and investments in new technologies and innovation.
