The Forrester Readiness Index (FRI) for eCommerce assesses 25 variables that give insights into 55 global markets. While there is no universal tool for selecting expansion opportunities, the Forrester Readiness Index provides a holistic assessment of the eCommerce setting for each country. The eCommerce index shows the level of opportunity among countries over the next three to five years. It measures the impact of technology and behavioral influences as well as the revenue opportunity. The FRI tool is an interactive Excel-based product that allows country-level and variable-level comparisons.
