Forrester recommends using the marketing partnership readiness self-assessment tool to help I&O professionals understand whether they are ready to partner with marketing and other members of digital strategy teams in regard to their firm's digital business transformation. This assessment covers three characteristics required for a successful partnership: a shared vision, trust, and willingness to collaborate. The higher you score, the more attractive you and your team are to marketing and other digital team members. Low scores identify areas of partnership weakness, which should be addressed to increase your team's appeal as strategic partners in your firm's digital business transformation.
