Forrester’s Strategic Partnership Assessment Template

IT strategy management leaders or digital leaders with strategic partnership management responsibilities can use Forrester’s Strategic Partnership Assessment Template to identify which technology software and service providers merit the “strategic partner” title and benefits. It includes questions for stakeholders to record their personal experience of a partner and for partner managers to assess the leadership, culture, and processes that make those experiences consistent and reliable. It then summarizes and displays the assessment results in terms of the six key partnership qualities that we describe in other research: service level, client experience, trust, transparency, excellence, and value alignment.
