Summary

Reestablishing employee trust is the challenge for French firms — French workers are the least likely in Europe to get vaccinated, trust in management’s and government’s communication, and believe in their company’s ability to transform. This report outlines how French employees feel about remote working, vaccinations, and the potential return to “normal” work.
