We’re more than a year into the pandemic; on June 9, France passed a new milestone with the full reopening of restaurants and more flexibility for remote work, nonessential shops, and entertainment venues. Forrester has conducted its fourth PandemicEX survey to take the pulse of French and European workers. Reestablishing employee trust is the challenge for French firms — French workers are the least likely in Europe to get vaccinated, trust in management’s and government’s communication, and believe in their company’s ability to transform. This report outlines how French employees feel about remote working, vaccinations, and the potential return to “normal” work.
