Generative AI (genAI) has an extensive range of applications, like medical record summarization, that can help healthcare provider organizations (HPOs) digitally transform. But despite the craze permeating the industry, now is the time for HPOs to stay grounded. We know that AI innovation causes disruption to existing healthcare infrastructure. HPOs need agile processes to experiment with and slowly implement genAI technology in a safe and responsible manner.
