Summary

As of this writing, nearly 48% of Spain’s population has received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine, which is slightly above the EU average of 46.1%. In Q1 2021, we fielded a fourth wave of our PandemicEX survey to take the pulse of European workers. Of the workers in the five countries we surveyed, Spanish workers are feeling the most emotional and financial pressure from the pandemic. This report outlines how Spanish employees feel one year into the pandemic about remote working, vaccinations, and the potential return to “normal” work.
