Apr 08, 2020

Summary

COVID-19 is spreading globally, affecting life in more than 200 countries. Our #pandemicEX research project aims to understand how employees are experiencing this. Forrester’s Q1 2020 European PandemicEX Survey revealed the employee experience of 202 UK adults working part or full time during the COVID-19 crisis. UK businesses have stepped up, with 65% managing crisis communications to their workers; as a result, 60% of workers believe their firms have their well-being at heart. Most firms have shifted at least some workers home, but many lack the necessary tools to do so, and productivity issues worry a third of UK remote workers.
