Employees are the living embodiment of their organization’s brand – there is a direct connection between employee experience and customers experience. Enablement is key to supporting all employees’ ability to deliver a positive brand experience across all types of interactions. When multiple functions are involved, coordination between teams is crucial to the enablement process. In this report, we introduce the Forrester Brand Experience Enablement Framework, a structured process for developing employees’ communication capabilities so they can deliver a positive and accurate brand experience across all types of audiences.
