Employee lifecycle marketing (ELM) takes a holistic approach to employee programs, with the goal of driving productivity, engagement, and employee advocacy. However, a lack of understanding of employee engagement and its benefits can hinder the ELM team’s ability to garner the investment needed to execute programs effectively. In this report, we outline the key benefits senior executive leaders should highlight when communicating the value of investing in employee engagement programs to key stakeholders. In addition, the report helps managers and IT professionals appreciate the critical roles they play in supporting employee engagement efforts.
