Forty-two percent of global business and technology professionals at modern or future fit healthcare organizations (HCOs) said that their organization plans to increase investment in technology that improves employee experience (EX) over the next 12 months, compared with 24% of their traditional peers. Combating workforce shortages and high levels of burnout remains a challenge for HCOs today. Investing in EX will help improve employees’ physical and mental health, increasing the odds that HCOs can retain employees and improve efficiency and productivity.
