The market is tough, with high ambiguity and high funding costs; yet, companies continue to commit to digital transformations. According to Forrester’s Business And Technology Services Survey, 2023, 82% of respondents indicated that their organization increased their digital transformation budget in the past 12 months, and 81% plan to increase their budget in the next 12 months as well. This reflects organizations’ commitment to transformation efforts, and that organizations view the potential value gained from a transformation as worthy of increased upfront investment. This data snapshot shows that organizations will continue to increase their investment in digital transformation in the next 12 months.
