Channel marketing must identify and develop enablement programs that improve the knowledge, skills, and process competencies of partner personnel. Assess partners’ current competencies and develop enablement pathways to remediate competency gaps and enable partners to succeed. Partner enablement must keep partners informed about what they need to know and the tools they need to be successful.
