Partner relationship management (PRM) systems have become the primary tools in the channel management toolkit. A dedicated, end-to-end PRM solution combines all the elements necessary to fully support the supplier-partner relationship. The selection and implementation of a PRM system is major undertaking for a supplier. When done right, both the supplier and partner benefit from the efficiencies and benefits it generates. Making the wrong choice hurts current partnerships and, ultimately, the bottom line. In this report, we present a six-step process for selecting the right PRM solution to meet a supplier’s current and future needs.
