Summary
Influencer strategy is the haute couture of marketing and communications, with engagement strategies tailored to the needs of high-profile individuals. Once marketers have identified their preferred influencers and developed an understanding of their mindset and preferences, they undertake actions to move each influencer forward in the influencer lifecycle. In this report, we present a template for an influencer engagement plan that can be customized to meet each influencer’s needs and ensure focus and organizational support throughout the five phases of the influencer lifecycle.
