Summary

The ease of access to cloud services and the ability to innovate make cloud an obvious choice for tech leaders. However, spend can quickly get out of control when budgets, policies, and a proper governance framework aren’t in place. To rein in cloud costs, many organizations have turned to FinOps, i.e., cloud financial management.
