Today, there is no escaping our fellow workers: The tentacles of communication now deliver messages via voice mail, email, text message, internal web communities and other social platforms, text and video chat, and web conferencing software. B2B sales reps are often overwhelmed with the information they are expected to review, synthesize, digest, and use. As a result, they review only the communications they deem most urgent, which may leave them uninformed about important updates (e.g., about new or enhanced offerings). In this report, we share strategies, best practices, and tips to centralize sales communications efforts to coordinate and control messaging to the field force.
