Nov 04, 2019

Summary

Not for the first time in recent history, the smartphone market is on the verge of disruption; and not unlike 12 years ago, what it will take to compete will shift dramatically. Consumers expect relevant, proactive services and content but won’t necessarily appreciate the improvements that smartphone manufacturers make.
