Summary

Most female sales leaders we interviewed said they suspected or could prove that they were paid less than a similarly situated male peer at some point in their career. Male and female sales pros view gender pay equity very differently, according to Forrester’s Q4 2020 Global Women In Sales Survey. To achieve gender pay equity, executives must make commitments to do so and continuously assess their organization against those goals.
