Summary

For Web site owners, choosing the right Web design vendor can be a serious challenge. Project costs are high, and agencies are becoming increasingly selective about the projects they take on. To help kick-start the vendor selection process, Forrester gathered key data for the second year in a row from 46 European Web design vendors. The data includes agency size, office locations in Europe and the UK, primary capabilities and industry expertise, languages, and 2008 revenues and project costs. Site owners beginning the process of hiring a new interactive design agency can get the critical information they need on these 46 European design agencies, which range in size from fewer than 20 employees to more than 750.
