A growing number of China's leading enterprises are learning that rapid implementation (RI) solutions can effectively deliver more predictable project results and faster time-to-value. These attributes make them interesting options for Chinese organizations looking to accelerate the automation of business processes to improve their competitiveness. However, RI solutions do have limitations, and Chinese organizations need to be ready to make tradeoffs when selecting one. This report examines early implementation cases to help companies operating in China understand the benefits, drawbacks, and potential tradeoffs of investing in RI solutions.
