The tool allows users to customize a template that reflects up to 10 of their marketing function’s teams and subteams, and geographical distribution and subteam grade levels. For each functional team, users can enter the required headcount (new and existing for full-time equivalents [FTEs] and contractors), investment, geographical distribution, and subteam grade level data, then view a detailed overview for each team and an aggregate view of headcount planning across the entire marketing function.
