B2B organizations often seek support from telemarketing and telequalification outsourcing vendors for their revenue development representative (RDR) initiatives. However, not all vendors have the same capabilities. The B2B RDR Outsourcer Evaluation Tool allows organizations to weigh the importance of seven core outsourcer capabilities to serving their needs, then assess identified vendors’ level of competence in delivering on each capability. The resulting vendor fit scores show which outsourcers are best suited to enable the organization to meet its goals and objectives.
