To attract and hire cybersecurity talent in a challenging market, security and risk leaders (S&R) must understand the whole candidate journey and become an active, informed participant in improving outcomes. A key part of recruiting is designing killer interview questions to better understand the candidate and whether the security team and candidate should move forward together. S&R leaders can use this report in collaboration with HR and legal colleagues to design interview questions that assess security talent and team fit while improving the candidate experience and enhancing fairness.
