The Intelligent Growth Readiness Assessment Tool can be used by leaders from product, marketing, and sales (and other functions, if appropriate) at the beginning of the planning process to assess their organizational and functional readiness to execute on an organization’s selected pillars of Intelligent Growth (i.e., growth via new markets, new buyers, new offerings, acquisition, or productivity). The results of the assessment can then be reviewed and validated with each participant to secure agreement on readiness gaps as an input into the cross-functional planning process.
