The Forrester Wave™: European Procure-To-Pay Services, Q3 2006

Forrester evaluated European procure-to-pay services vendors across 29 criteria and found no outstanding provider — although Accenture leads the current pack. The overall strength of its strategy and market positioning inches it ahead of the field; however, Ariba, IBM, Infosys BPO, and Xansa are all strong performers. In particular, IBM shows solid performance across the criteria from the strength of its current offering, support of the procurement process, service delivery, and, like Accenture, multicountry support and leverage of a global delivery model. Ariba's industry momentum and market presence also warrant a mention. For Xansa, the major flaw was its single-country focus on the UK for service delivery — limiting the firm's value to major enterprise clients.
