This report highlights 10 categories of autonomous workplace assistants (AWAs) that move us closer to the future hybrid workplace. Enterprises that invest in and deploy AWAs properly improve employee and customer experiences. We used technology readiness, risk, and deployment difficulty to place AWA categories on a near-term, medium-term, and long-term timeline. Enterprises can use the timeline to review their AWA investments.
