Banks will initially translate vast amounts of data into curated information and services for customers and serve them up just in time to help them make smart decisions about saving or borrowing money. Ultimately, consumers will feel as if they have personal digital banking assistants who act on their behalf, transferring funds, paying bills, or making other transactions to improve customer outcomes.
