The corporate identity captures the vision, mission, values, and key capabilities of the organization in concise statements. Input from a wide range of internal stakeholders and validation from external audiences ensure an authentic and resonant identity. An accurate corporate identity helps guide strategic decisions and day-to-day employee behavior. In this report, we focus on Arc 4 of the Messaging Nautilus, which describes the elements that make up corporate identity and the process for defining these elements with internal and external stakeholders.
