Summary

Frontline marketers, sellers, revenue development representatives (RDRs), and customer success (CS) teams must openly establish their roles and responsibilities that service the buyer and their own collective revenue goals. Rather than performing responsible and subordinate roles, all must have an equally important stake in collecting and sharing insights and engaging buyers. Instead of having sole responsibility or accountability, frontline roles must support each other based on the degree to which buyers engage with the skills of specific functions at each stage in the opportunity lifecycle.
