For many organizations, the technology in place is failing to meet the demands of buyers and internal audiences. This is often due to technology owners and leaders managing their individual technologies, not their technology ecosystems. In this report, we outline how revenue operations leaders can use the Forrester Revenue Technology Management Framework to broaden and deepen how they think about the strategic management of their ecosystems — starting with establishing strong technology leadership practices — to ensure technology investments provide value to the buyer and the organization.
