Establishing voice of the partner programs and collecting accurate partner feedback establishes partner experience excellence and improves channel performance. Mature channel companies know what constitutes a win for the channel through well-planned efforts to collect and act upon partner feedback. The best partner feedback sources include formal and informal partner listening programs like channel advisory boards, partner experience (PX) surveys, partner interviews, channel account managers, and partner communities and events.
