Thanks to COVID-19, 67% of UK online adults are anxious about the economy; 38% are reviewing their spending and financial situation to prepare for the economic impact, post-pandemic. UK consumers are focusing on necessary spending, which now includes in-home on-demand entertainment alongside groceries and household products. During this time, UK consumers want the companies they interact with to give them valuable information about operations/opening hours as well as advice on health, well-being, and their financial situation.
