To get to the bottom of how eBusiness teams are staffing to support their companies' optimistic objectives for the online channel and which barriers they've faced in building their teams, we surveyed our eBusiness And Channel Strategy Professional Research Panel. We learned that while IT represents the biggest piece of the eBusiness personnel pie, obstacles in hiring remain high, and the optimal mix of business and technology skills remains elusive.
