Summary
VP Bank, an internationally operating private bank, needed to improve or replace its existing relationship management solution. But the bank’s past approach to integration meant that there wasn’t a fully decoupled, sufficiently flexible, and efficient foundation for the solution. The bank decided to use a custom-built relationship management solution on top of an off-the-shelf banking integration product. It leveraged domain-driven integration to ease the connection with existing back-end systems while establishing the required stable but decoupled business services platform.
