Senior Director of Sales Development at Elastic with 25 years of direct sales and sales leadership experience, 20 in the technology sector. Prior to Elastic, most recently I held leadership roles at Informatica and Oracle. I’m most proud of seeing former employees of mine rise through the ranks of leadership. It has been such a joy watching careers take flight. One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received through all my years in leadership is six simple words: Make a plan, work the plan. It applies in your career and in your personal life. You need a plan if you want to succeed!
