Caitlin is Product Stream Lead for Conversational Experiences at CommBank, where she helps shape how AI is transforming the way customers interact with the bank. She leads the development of CommBank’s flagship conversational AI experience, creating intelligent, customer-centric digital experiences designed to make everyday banking simpler and more intuitive. Working across product, engineering, risk and data science teams, Caitlin is focused on bringing AI from experimentation into customers’ everyday banking journeys. She is particularly interested in the responsible application of AI in banking and how conversational experiences can make financial services more accessible, personalised and effective for customers.
