VP of Transformation and Governance, IBM

Cindy Matos is the VP of Transformation and Governance for IBM Marketing, Communications and CSR. She has held various executive leadership roles within IBM Enterprise Operations and Quote to Cash. She is known for her passion in developing talent, driving transformation, and delivering value in a cost-effective manner. She serves on the IBM Hispanic Executive Council, co-chairs the Atlanta Hispanic Business Resource Group and participates on the IBM State of Georgia Executive Council. Cindy is a graduate of Florida International University.
