David brings over 25 years of expertise in customer experience, sales enablement, and technology leadership. As Chief Customer Officer, David ensures that the value of the Modus solution is felt through each stage of the buyer’s journey and customer success. Prior to joining Modus, David spent over 10 years building and leading Strategy Consulting and Customer Success teams at SAVO (now Seismic). David also managed his own sales enablement consulting practice, and has extensive experience in corporate merger and transformation environments.
