Heather’s passion for enablement has its roots in the years she spent on sales teams which led her to a career in practicing and studying the art and science of enablement.  After 20 years leading enablement teams both big and small in SaaS, business services and manufacturing, she joined SiriusDecisions/Forrester to lead and build their sales enablement research and advisory practice. During her time as an analyst, Sales Enablement Society board member and at Seismic, Heather has worked with hundreds of organizations and helped them define how great enablement can lead to better customer experiences and ultimately more and healthier deals.
