Jackie McBrady is employed with Cushman and Wakefield, a global commercial real estate firm.  Since joining the firm in 2011, she has held several key positions and responsibilities in project management, process reengineering, data management and strategic leadership at the firm while it has undergone rapid growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Since joining Cushman, McBrady has lead and participated in many teams that have developed and launched processes, applications and governance resulting in streamlined business processes, reduced operation costs and improved data integrity.  Accomplishments include process reengineering of several financial processes including brokerage revenue recognition and deal transaction processing, master data management processing and travel expense submission and management including the implementation of an online travel booking and expense tool through global implementations of financial systems and CRM systems.

Her current body of work is focused on data integrity and business process engineering focused on the CRM platforms in connections with financial systems and business intelligence mainly for the Advisory business of the company.

Prior to joining Cushman, McBrady held positions with several large corporations as chief financial officer, controller, and director of best practices, specializing in project management, business process reengineering and systems integration. She is a CPA and holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She also is a Six Sigma black belt.

Jackie McBrady and her husband, John Finger live in St. Louis Missouri.  She enjoys cooking – while he enjoys her cooking efforts!  Both love wine and traveling, especially to Europe; and both have recently, began French lessons! Jackie has two daughters, both who live in St Louis – Melissa Baxter, 34 and Kathryn Baxter, 30.
